I am very pleased with the products I have purchased. The Precision Pricing Flat Rate program is for every electrical contractor no matter the size. The cost calculator, the ease of simply entering your overhead into the cost calculator and getting your cost of doing business is great. I have done it long hand, which is long and time consuming. Not to mention this cost calculator has every possible overhead item I could think of. Plus the ease of changing the number of service tech's to adjust my prices for hiring more guys and the number of hours worked. I have used other calculators and this one is the best. Every electrical contractor should know his cost of doing business. The flat rate program, I love the ability to customize it to my company. The ability to just enter my cost of doing business and all the prices change. The labor rate and material cost for each item are easily adjusted for each task to better suite my cost, which is not like most other programs. When the pages print out, they look great and professional. The customers have commented on the great look. Customers will always try to sway pricing, which it's hard to change prices in writing. I met with James today in Lake Zurich, Illinois. We had a rather long and very productive meeting. James is knowledgeable and personable. I encourage anyone to meet with him if he is in your area. It may sound like boasting but I'm an expert estimator. My livelihood has depended on my estimating skills and I have been doing it for 30 years. I track nearly every job to compare the accuracy of the actual job to my quotes. I tried another software package that seemed similar several years ago. I was so disappointed, I returned it. It didn't have my common tasks and the printed pages weren't very attractive to show clients. After a helpful business discussion James showed me his software. It is fully editable in every area I would want to edit it. What was most reassuring about the software was comparing his prices to mine. We entered my hourly rate into his software and compared the price of single tasks and a complex assembly I had recently bid. The numbers were very similar and I would be very comfortable pricing work from this software. It is obvious that he has tracked his own time in creating the tasks for his software.

ESSI is like no other Flat Rate System for Electricians That I have seen. This is for Electricians from an Electrician. The Tasks and Times are very accurate; it comes with an Overhead Calculator, which makes it very easy to create your selling price. I would recommend this product for any home Electrical Service Company.
